I want to recommend that you let a very especial friend of ours (Mr. [Dean] Sage), give himself the honor, & the two of you the pleasure, of calling upon you. If you are well I know you’ll do it; & if your are out of town or not well enough to receive folks, I know Jock will make it known to the Sages.1
